To Do List for Invitational Travelers

  

1. Register
2. Complete the attached vendor form if you are being reimbursed directly. Please refer to the vendor example document to help you, and send the completed form to transtravel@ara.com. If your DOT is being reimbursed, you do not need to complete this form.

3. Review the travel information document. Travel policies and reservation details are in this document.
4. Make your own airline and hotel reservations as soon as possible to ensure the best rate. If you are driving, you will be reimbursed at at the rate of $.545 per mile up to the value of an airline ticket.
5. Complete the travel questionnaire.
