Welcome to the Pennsylvania DOT Peer Exchange registration site. Please read the instructions below for registration, logistics, and reimbursement.
Invitational Travelers - please complete the following:

| 2. Complete the attached vendor form and return it to transtravel@ara.com. Please refer to the vendor example document to help you complete this form. If your DOT is being reimbursed, you do not need to complete this form. |
3. Review the travel information document. Travel policies and reservation details are in this document. |
| 4. Make your own hotel reservations as soon as possible to ensure the best rate. Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport South-Robinson Mall 303 Park Manor Drive Robinson, Pennsylvania (412) 788-9500 Government room rates are available through the website. Per diem rate is $129.00. |
| 5. Make your own airline reservations as soon as possible to ensure the best rate. If you are driving, you will be reimbursed at at the rate of $.545 per mile up to the value of an airline ticket. |
